Recrea8 LLC – Shipping & Return Policy

Because our premium protein ice cream pints are perishable food products shipped in specialized, temperature-controlled packaging with dry ice, we are unable to accept physical returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Once a shipment leaves our facility, it cannot be safely returned or resold.

Damaged or Melted Shipments

We take immense pride in ensuring your ice cream arrives completely frozen and ready to enjoy. In the rare event that your order arrives severely damaged or completely melted due to carrier delays or transit issues, we will gladly issue a replacement or a refund.
To qualify for a refund or replacement for a damaged delivery, you must fulfill the following requirements:

  1. Report Within 24 Hours: Contact our support team at team@recrea8.one within 24 hours of the recorded delivery time.
  2. Provide Proof of Damage: You must include clear photographic evidence showing the condition of the shipping box, the internal insulation, and the affected ice cream pints.
  3. Keep Original Packaging: Please do not discard the packaging or product until you have communicated with our support team, as the carrier may require verification.

Delivery Responsibilities

  • Accurate Shipping Info: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct at checkout. Recrea8 LLC is not responsible for melted product due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.
  • Timely Retrieval: It is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the frozen shipment on the day of delivery. We cannot issue refunds for ice cream left unattended on a porch or in a warm mailbox for an extended period after successful delivery.
