One, a dedicated health coach, and the other, a Forbes 30 Under 30 entrepreneur, came together with a shared mission: to reshape how we eat, source, and perform, not just as athletes but as human beings. Our food system is broken, and we believe real change starts by addressing what fuels us.

As we embarked on this journey, we spoke with hundreds of experts—farmers, sports scientists, performance coaches, nutritionists, and dieticians.
